We rented a trackless train and a snow machine from Cloudnine 360 Bounce House for our organization’s family Christmas party, and the experience was outstanding! After extensive research in Metro Atlanta, we found many trackless train rentals were limited in geographic availability and extremely expensive. 360 Bounce House stood out as both affordable and exceptional in service.

Isaac, one of the owners, arrived punctually, set everything up quickly, and accommodated a time change with no issues. He was friendly, professional, and ensured the children enjoyed multiple rides on the train, as well as the snow machine, which was a huge hit with both kids and adults.

The train truly elevated our event, and we will absolutely use Cloudnine 360 Bounce House again. I highly recommend them, especially as a Black-owned business serving the Southwest Metro Atlanta area.

If you don’t book with Cloudnine360bouncehouse you’re making a big mistake! Very professional service! I will definitely be booking with them for every event. The kids had so much fun in the bouncy house. They barely wanted snow cones from the snow cone machine I rented from Cloud9!!!

Best Inflatables set up we ever had at Stonecrest Fest 2024. The children stayed engaged from sun up to sun down. Cloudnine360 provide entertainment for our little oneslast year and we look forward to working with him again.

We booked them all the way from Detroit and he deliver early and picked up on time . He was very pleasant and polite. Made sure it was mounted down safe for our kids would be safe in the bounce house. Thank you and we will be renting again soon!!!

I am so glad that I discovered Cloudnine360 Bounce House. Excellent customer service, professional, informative, and affordable. I called the day before my event and they were able to accommodate my needs. Isaac came on time. We were not ready for him and he nicely said that he would come back with no problem. Isaac set up quickly and sanitized the equipment. I rented the Disney Princess house and the kids loved it!! Pick was on time and Isaac answered all of my questions that I had. Cloudnine360 Bounce House is the business that you need to contact for your party rental needs.

Cloudnine360 was the easiest part of planning my kids birthday activities. They were prompt, professional, and polite. They set up quick and and pick up was a breeze! My kids has a BLAST on the obstacle course and even the adults joined in. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend their company to friends and family. I have found my new inflatable vendor!! This man is so nice and helpful! Every other vendor I asked turned me down because of the “chance of rain” but the weather was perfect and Isaac showed up and was extremely professional! He wiped everything down before leaving and even brought the birthday boy a little gift! I will definitely recommend them to all of my friends! My invoice was sent over promptly and I had the option to pay the invoice online. After the fact I reached back out to inquire about renting chairs and they had my back with those too.
